Employee
The interview experience was great. The company seems nice, and I liked the people I spoke with. I'm interested in the job; it seems like a good position in a good location. Looking forward to it.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Manager
I didn't really have an interview process for this position since I was promoted from within the company. I did interview for a sales associate position years ago, but it wasn't a real interview. Two current employees conducted it, and I was hired based on my previous management experience.
- Can you describe your personal style and discuss current trends?
Sales Associate
First, we'll have a chat over the phone to get to know you better, talk about your aspirations, your schooling, and what you've done before. Then, we'll meet in person to go over your availability and what you're aiming for. If that all looks good, you'll join an orientation session where we'll cover store policies before you officially start.
- What makes you seek employment?
Buyer
I went through one interview with the manager. The whole process was quite straightforward. It was a pretty informal and conversational chat. They asked me about my experience, my customer service skills, and what I'm good at.
- Did you have prior experience working in consignment?
