So I had an initial screening call with a recruiter. Then I met with upper management in person, and they basically asked me to run through my cv and experience. There was supposed to be a third stage, but I didn't attend because I got another offer and told them I couldn't continue. They ended up offering me the position without the third stage anyway, which I declined.

It was a pretty standard process. First, I had a phone call with the recruiter. Then, I went in person to talk to two managers. They might have asked me to do a mock call. After that, they let me know I didn't get the job. When I asked why, they said it's their policy not to give feedback after they've made a decision.

I applied twice for the same gig. The first time around, I thought the chat went really well, but I didn't get called back. About six months later, I applied again and got an email from the same person who interviewed me the first time, wanting to set up a chat. I booked it, but when the day came, they never called. I shot them an email asking if they wanted to reschedule, but haven't heard back.

I applied online and then got an email to schedule a phone screening with a recruiter. It was a pretty standard screening with some basic questions. It was a positive experience overall, but after we talked more about the job and what it involved, I realized it wasn't the right fit for me. I let the recruiter know during the call, and they were really cool about it and appreciated me being upfront.
