Colaborador Sigiloso
I had an interview with HR and the hiring manager. The HR person was very polite and clear, a professional. The hiring manager, however, interrupted me and even the HR person, didn't let me finish my experiences, and misinterpreted things. Someone clearly not prepared to evaluate anyone, with judgmental looks, (you can tell!) and arrogance, wanting to dominate the interview the whole time. Imagine the daily work environment? How must it be with their subordinates? Dodged a bullet not working with such a person!

- What postgraduate course do you plan to take?
Project Analyst
It was for projects in the trade marketing area. The interview was very positive overall, but a bit difficult, as the questions didn't really fit a junior role. For example, they asked me to cite a success case I led, but in this role, it's uncommon to have team and project leadership experience. The HR person who assisted me was excellent. I think I didn't pass because I don't have experience in commercial projects.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Are you more of an analyst or a strategist?
- Can you mention a successful project you led?
Assistente Financeiro
The experience was excellent! The service was great, very practical and objective, making the whole process light and productive. The interviewer was extremely attentive, polite, friendly, and honest, always conducting the conversation with clarity and respect. They also showed professionalism by explaining each step, conveying confidence, security, and empathy, which made the environment welcoming and transparent. Their positive and dedicated attitude made the interview even more pleasant, showing not only their competence but also their genuine concern for listening and understanding. Without a doubt, it was an enriching and very well-conducted experience, demonstrating the interviewer's seriousness, preparation, and commitment to always offer the best.

Content Assistant
- Could you tell me about your career path?
- Do you like animals?
- Do you own any pets?
