I was called for an interview and when I got there, they interviewed me together with other girls for the same position. Then they told us they would call us to let us know if we were moving to the next stage, and also inform those who didn't pass within 3 days. A week has passed and I haven't even received a message with negative feedback, as they said they would. I think this attitude shows a lack of empathy towards those who attend interviews because no one is obligated to hire anyone. However, it doesn't hurt to at least give feedback to the person who wasn't approved, so they don't remain hopeful for a call and miss out on other opportunities while waiting for them to call.

I was first contacted via WhatsApp for the selection process on Gupy, and the interview was scheduled right away for the screening stage. Weeks passed without a response, until 4 days ago I got an email from Gupy saying I moved to the next phase, which was an interview with the manager. This stage was the worst. I had to wait 2 hours, and when they called me, the same girl from the first interview attended me. She didn't put her phone down for even a minute, asked me the same question more than once, didn't know which position she was interviewing for, didn't pay attention to any of my answers, and in the end she just said that HR should have given me feedback from the first interview on Gupy, but if the manager interview wasn't the feedback, then what was it? Was my time wasted in this second interview? Other candidates there said they had the same problem. In summary, all interviews are very disorganized and disrespectful to the candidate.
