The whole application process consisted of 3 - 4 stages. There was an Online Assessment, then a Video Recorded Interview where you had to answer 3 to 4 questions about why you want to join the company and about the industry as a whole. After that, it was an Assessment Center which included a Presentation, an Interview and a Group Exercise. Finally, there was a Final Interview to talk about why you want to join the company, your skills, and your opinion on the role and what you bring to the table.
