It was a phone interview based on my experience and track record. They needed work references to confirm my past project experience and performance backgrounds/achievements. There were three stages: first HR, then HOD, and finally the Project Director / VP.

First there was a phone interview with competency and leadership questions. Then an assessment day with four parts: a team building exercise, a building tour, a presentation and panel interview, and psychometric testing. The team building is a typical exercise where they give you a ridiculous task and assess you on it. The presentation and panel interview involves presenting a given topic and answering questions, along with more competency-based questions and some basic technical ones. The psychometric testing is also easy. These people are out of touch, so act fake and you should do well. Some of your peers will definitely be doing so.
