It wasn't easy, but more direct to how you sell yourself, show your capability, time management, project management, and how you deal with multiscipline projects.

You'll have good communication with HR via letter or phone. Then an interview with an HR person and the Mechanical Technical Authority. They'll ask standard questions like why you want to work here and why we should hire you. HR might also ask about challenges you've faced.

Technical Behavioral
The interview process had 3 parts: Personal, technical, and behavior. The personal questions were pretty standard. The technical part was really tough; I had to draw schematics for things like turbomachinery, hydraulic systems, and refrigeration circuits – it was super technical. Before the in-person interview, I also had to complete 3 IQ tests. The behavioral questions were also somewhat challenging. This was my very first interview, and it was really difficult, but it was a good learning experience for the future.
