Behavioral Technical

Had a good interview, they looked at my resume and offshore experience. Asked behavior questions, basic questions, and how I manage things. It wasn't easy, but more direct to how you sell yourself, show your capability, time management, project management, and how you deal with multiscipline projects.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process had 3 parts: Personal, technical, and behavior. The personal questions were pretty standard. The technical part was really tough; I had to draw schematics for things like turbomachinery, hydraulic systems, and refrigeration circuits – it was super technical. Before the in-person interview, I also had to complete 3 IQ tests. The behavioral questions were also somewhat challenging. This was my very first interview, and it was really difficult, but it was a good learning experience for the future.
