I met with the owners and they were really nice and welcoming. They asked about my background and told me about the duties. The location was nice too, but I was surprised by the hourly wage when they told me; it was only 40 cents above minimum wage.

It was a pretty standard process. First, I heard from an internal recruiter. The last interview was a panel with the hiring manager and a team member. They were friendly and the interview seemed to go well, with typical questions. The whole thing wrapped up in about a week. I didn't get any follow-up feedback though.

The interview happened in the back of the shop. It was mostly standard interview questions. The whole thing felt professional and pretty easy. They needed someone who could handle heavy lifting and be standing for most of their shift.

I applied on the company website. It took around 3 weeks from start to finish. First, I had a screening call. Then, I went in person to interview with the HR Manager. The last step was a final interview with the HR Director.
