Brand Manager
I went through a pretty structured, thorough, and engaging interview process for two Brand Manager positions. For the first one, I had a couple of rounds with the Brand Director and Senior Brand Manager. We talked about brand strategy, understanding consumers, and working with other teams on marketing initiatives. Even though I didn't get that job, they gave me really clear and helpful feedback. Then, I was asked to interview for another Brand Manager role, which also had about three rounds. The chats were interesting and lively, focusing on my background in spirits marketing, how I lead brand projects, and my ideas for innovation and trade marketing. The team seemed really into it, passionate, and wanted to know about my strategic thinking and cultural knowledge. It felt tough but fair overall, with a focus on if I fit the brand, how I collaborate, and my leadership skills. Everyone was professional, kept in touch, and seemed genuinely committed to finding the right candidate.

Manager
I did an online resume submission, then a virtual interview on an online platform (HireVue), followed by another online assessment. After that, I had four more interviews. They said I'd hear back within a week after the last interview, but it's been way longer than that. I even sent a follow-up email to HR about the status and didn't get a response. It's really unprofessional, especially after I spent so much time on it. That's not how you treat people who are interested in your company.
- Were you asked about your ability to work with different personalities?
Finance Manager
I got an invite for a recorded interview where a computer gives you questions and records your response. I tried reaching out to the recruiter about the process but got no response to my calls or emails. Because the video interview had a deadline, I prepared and completed it over several hours. The next day, I was told an offer was made. Interview and hiring etiquette should be a two-way street. I'm really disappointed that a global brand lacks the basic courtesy and professionalism expected. It was a complete waste of my time. I should have checked the other Glassdoor reviews; it seems this is a common way they treat candidates.
- What makes you want this job?
Director
I was sent an email from HR asking me to do a HireVue video interview. If you haven't done one, they're easy. I just logged in, spoke my answers to 5 questions into the camera, and submitted it. It was actually easier and more fun than a normal recruiter call. After that, I had a phone interview, then an on-site. The last part was a 6-hour behavioral assessment, which I think is just for director roles and up. I was a bit intimidated at first because the pre-work took a couple of hours, but the day itself was really fun. It was quick and intense, definitely made me think critically, but it was very enjoyable.
