Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through a pretty structured, thorough, and engaging interview process for two Brand Manager positions. For the first one, I had a couple of rounds with the Brand Director and Senior Brand Manager. We talked about brand strategy, understanding consumers, and working with other teams on marketing initiatives. Even though I didn't get that job, they gave me really clear and helpful feedback. Then, I was asked to interview for another Brand Manager role, which also had about three rounds. The chats were interesting and lively, focusing on my background in spirits marketing, how I lead brand projects, and my ideas for innovation and trade marketing. The team seemed really into it, passionate, and wanted to know about my strategic thinking and cultural knowledge. It felt tough but fair overall, with a focus on if I fit the brand, how I collaborate, and my leadership skills. Everyone was professional, kept in touch, and seemed genuinely committed to finding the right candidate.

After getting multiple employee referrals, I interviewed with HR. They just asked me to talk about myself and that was it. I was rejected the following day even though my experience matched the role and I knew the industry.

I got the online interview link from them. The process is not very clear cause they do not specify how long do you have to complete the online interview which would be really helpful. After submitting my interview never heard anything from them there is absolutely no feedback to let you know that you are not being considered which I believe most companies should do.
