Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pernod Ricard North America.
Market Manager
The interview process was long and tough. It felt like I had to satisfy many requirements. The offered salary was firm and could not be negotiated. It turned out to be a tiring process when it could have been straightforward.
- Can you describe your previous professional experience?
Manager
I did an online resume submission, then a virtual interview on an online platform (HireVue), followed by another online assessment. After that, I had four more interviews. They said I'd hear back within a week after the last interview, but it's been way longer than that. I even sent a follow-up email to HR about the status and didn't get a response. It's really unprofessional, especially after I spent so much time on it. That's not how you treat people who are interested in your company.
- Were you asked about your ability to work with different personalities?
Planning Manager
It was a typical interview with some basic questions about me and my past experiences. They also asked a few technical questions, but nothing too unusual. The interviewer seemed really interested in what I had to say and my career path.
