Sales Assessor
Operador Lojista
We were put in a big room for a group interview. What bothered me was that when they asked about children, they only questioned "where they would stay" when the candidate was a woman.
- What is your age?
- Who do you live with?
- Previous jobs
Sales Assessor
The process can be a bit long, taking anywhere from 1 week to 1 month. The in-person interview is quite relaxed. You'll have it with the manager and assistant manager, and they'll ask about your previous activities, work capabilities, availability, etc. Being friendly and showing interest in the role is key to doing well because the manager is super nice and values that.
- Do you have immediate availability?
- Can you balance your studies with work?
Analyst
