O processo foi tranquilo e rápido, com duas entrevistas. Primeiro, uma conversa com o RH, onde falamos sobre meu momento atual de carreira e minha trajetória profissional. Depois, uma entrevista com a gestão imediata, onde discutimos as funções que executei no trabalho anterior e minha experiência com a função.

I found the process to be straightforward, but it was quite tiring, lasting about 5 hours. It started with a technical math test, followed by group interviews. Everyone had to introduce themselves, and many were already eliminated after the test and didn't have a chance. They mentioned that there would be more individual interviews for those who passed. As a suggestion for future processes, I recommend letting go of candidates eliminated in the technical test to avoid unnecessary stress for them. Another suggestion is to at least explain what the test is about before the interview date to give candidates a chance to prepare. On the positive side, they do provide feedback, whether positive or negative.

The interview started really late, and the person in charge of welcoming candidates was clearly unprepared, barely knowing where to take me. They put me in a room next to the coffee area where employees were talking loudly, and I couldn't concentrate on the IQ test. They moved me to different rooms three times, and one of those rooms was actually booked, which put me in a very uncomfortable situation. At the end, I had to wait another 15 minutes. The actual interview was only half an hour, but considering the paperwork, tests, room changes, waiting, and delays, I was at the company for two hours. I think they should let candidates know to come prepared for tests and that it might take a few hours.
