First, the interviewer introduced themselves and talked a bit about the role and the company. Then, the candidates were introduced, 20 people in total. After the introductions, there was a group activity where we had to try to sell a product, and the interviewers evaluated our sales techniques. At the end of the interview, we took a test and wrote an essay. Only 5 people were chosen to stay; the rest were dismissed with the promise of a new interview with the area manager.

There was a group interview with 20 candidates for 1 opening. The manager collected resumes, didn't say anything about the job or company, and had us introduce ourselves. She said she'd call those who passed for an individual interview. She called two days later, and I went to the store and waited 30 minutes. The manager told me the job was 5 hours, 3 days a week for R$ 516.00, and it was actually a service salesperson role, not a cashier. I mentioned the job description was different, and she said the description was wrong.

The interview process spanned two days. The first day involved a large group session with over 60 people, followed by a group activity focused on selling a credit card and individual introductions. From this group, 10 people were selected for the second day, and ultimately, half of those 10 would be approved. The second day consisted of an individual interview where generic interview questions were asked. Although I passed all stages, there was an issue with the admission email, and it didn't work out in the end.
