We had a total of 6 interview rounds. It started with an online assessment, then a group discussion (GD), followed by three technical interviews (Tech-1, Tech-2, Tech-3), and finally an HR and managerial round. The first round, the online assessment, had 40 aptitude questions and two programming questions – one involving array implementation and another in data structures and algorithms (DSA). After the GD, Tech-1 and Tech-2 were online interviews lasting about 30-45 minutes each. Tech-3 was an in-person interview at the office. The last round was the HR interview.

I took an interview at Payoda for a Functional Tester position, which was for Manual Testing. The interview was arranged through a consultancy called ESK software services. The first round was via VC and focused entirely on automation questions, which I managed as I have automation knowledge. I passed. The second round was technical and manual based, and I was selected again. The third round was a manager round, mostly manual based, and I was selected. However, the process took about 14 days. After being selected in all three rounds and told I'd be called for an HR discussion to release an offer, I've been waiting for over 14 days with no progress. I can't give feedback on the company itself, but I request Payoda to review their interview process. Waiting over 14 days for a single company's interview is difficult for job seekers, especially after clearing all technical rounds and anticipating an offer. It's disappointing to wait this long for an offer confirmation. The consultancy people are also not responding. My suggestion is to check company reviews before interviewing and don't always trust consultancy people. Sorry if this review is brief; it's from a candidate's perspective.
