Got a phone screening with the recruiter who briefly reviewed my resume. Then I had an interview with HR, who went deep into my resume and asked questions from it. They then asked me the bridge brain teaser question and the 4 principles of oop with examples. It took about 2 weeks to get to the technical interview, which involved the 'top k frequent elements' problem. I didn't make it past that, but I heard there was supposed to be one more technical interview with the other company and a project before starting work.

The interview process had about four stages when I applied in April 2024. It started with a phone call to talk about my experience. Then, I had a meeting with HR where we went into more detail about the role and they asked some brain teasers. After that, there was a coding interview that involved a Leetcode-style question. The last step was a meeting with someone from their partner company to check if I was a good fit. Overall, it was a pretty easy process, although the HR department could have been more responsive. But they are good in general.

Technical Behavioral Coding

It was 4 rounds of interviews. First, there was a screen, then a behavioral interview with some brain teaser questions. After that, there were 2 technical interviews. One technical was with the partner company C3.AI, and another technical was with a Paradyme Engineer. The remaining interviews were with the Paradyme Hiring Team. After the 3rd interview, there was a hiring freeze for about a month. Then I had my last interview and was ghosted by the recruiters for another month or so. I received a low offer compared to the range listed. I tried to negotiate the offer by setting up a meeting. They gave no response until the offer ended up being rescinded with no reasoning besides “not being able to meet it” and no option to accept the original offer.

Technical Coding

So, the interview process had like four rounds. First, a phone screen, then a video call with the hiring manager, after that a coding interview, and finally, an interview with someone from a client's company. The whole thing felt messy though, and it wasn't clear what the clients actually needed. For instance, the job titles were confusing. They first told me to apply for one job, then later asked me to apply for a different one on their site, even though the interviews were all for the first job. They also seemed to mix up candidates, sending out wrong email confirmations for interviews. I was told the roles were on hold and hiring stopped, but then I was still moved to the next interview round. After I finished all the interviews, there was no follow-up. I had to go to their website to find out the decision, which they didn't even email me about. It felt like a waste of time for everyone, including their clients.
