it was a frustrating and rude experience, i was called in for an interview but the manager was apathetic and barely asked me anything. i had to get his attention to tell him my experience. he didn’t seem to care, was very rude and i don’t know why they invited me in.

The interview process was good and efficient. I received news and information very quickly, and they didn't ghost me, which was nice. They were friendly and on time. All the best to those out there.

We had a group interview, which was quite informal and friendly. The store and deputy store managers ran it. We did some team activities and had the chance to share our views and thoughts individually. It felt like our voices were heard, and it was a pretty relaxed experience.
- Discuss the various product ranges and strategies for increasing sales.

So, applying to Paperchase usually starts with sending in your application online. If they think you're a good fit, they'll probably give you a call or a video chat to talk about your past work and why you're interested in this specific job. If that goes well, you might get called in for an in-person interview. This part often has questions that check your skills and how you handle situations, and sometimes you might have to do a small task or look at a scenario related to what the job is all about.
- Do you have previous retail experience?
