Then, we moved to the second part of the interview where they wanted to see how I'd handle customer interactions. They did offer me a position at Selfridges, but I couldn't end up attending that interview.

It was a group interview, activity-based, lasting about an hour with a comfortable vibe. We had to sell a product picked by someone else, with a big emphasis on customer service skills. They asked us to introduce ourselves and share a fun fact. There were plenty of chances to chat with others in the group.

it was pretty easy, they asked me questions from a paper and the interviewer was nice. we had a one on one chat and then a test on the shop floor. for the test, they gave me a basket and asked me to pick items that would make the total purchase amount go up.
