Customer Assistant
The interview had a relaxed vibe and was a group session. First, they asked questions about me. Then, we moved to the second part of the interview where they wanted to see how I'd handle customer interactions. They did offer me a position at Selfridges, but I couldn't end up attending that interview.
- Please bring an item that represents you.
Customer Assistant
It was a group interview, activity-based, lasting about an hour with a comfortable vibe. We had to sell a product picked by someone else, with a big emphasis on customer service skills. They asked us to introduce ourselves and share a fun fact. There were plenty of chances to chat with others in the group.
- Could you try to sell me a product, explaining its benefits?

it was pretty easy, they asked me questions from a paper and the interviewer was nice. we had a one on one chat and then a test on the shop floor. for the test, they gave me a basket and asked me to pick items that would make the total purchase amount go up.
- Can you tell me three words that describe you, along with your best and worst qualities?
- What experience and education do you have so far?
