The interview was a phone call that lasted 40 minutes. I didn't have a good feeling about it during or after. It felt like the recruiter had some biases. The phone connection wasn't great with interruptions. Pape Dawson Engineers didn't offer a Zoom or Teams option.

The interview process was great, they are very nice and flexible with scheduling. Everyone I spoke to seemed really outgoing and enthusiastic. They do take a while to respond to emails, which is understandable given they're busy, but it's a bit tough when I have deadlines for other offers.
