- Can you introduce yourself?
HR Generalist
The interview was a phone call that lasted 40 minutes. I didn't have a good feeling about it during or after. It felt like the recruiter had some biases. The phone connection wasn't great with interruptions. Pape Dawson Engineers didn't offer a Zoom or Teams option.
- Are you able to work onsite five days a week?
- Can you work overtime?
Civil Engineer
The interview process was great, they are very nice and flexible with scheduling. Everyone I spoke to seemed really outgoing and enthusiastic. They do take a while to respond to emails, which is understandable given they're busy, but it's a bit tough when I have deadlines for other offers.
- Could you tell me why you decided to pursue civil engineering?
- What attracted you to our company specifically?
- What are your career aspirations?
Engineer Intern
The interview process was super fast and simple. They offer a virtual option, but I did a 30-minute phone call instead. The recruiter just wanted to chat and get to know me, and the conversation was really easy to follow.
