Behavioral Other

I did two of the four interviews, one with HR and one with team managers. They said the 3rd interview would be on-site with the team, and the 4th interview would be with the CEO in San Antonio. The 4-part interview felt like a very long and drawn-out process.

Behavioral Technical

I started with a phone interview with the Senior Technical Recruiter, who seemed to like me. Then I met the head of the team at their office (not in San Antonio). The people there were nice and excited. After that, they covered my travel to San Antonio for an interview with CEO Sam Dawson. Everyone said he's really friendly and good at reading people. I was told interviewing with Sam is just talking about your life. He wasn't mean, but he felt different than how others described him. My friend warned me he's conservative, which made me anxious, so I might have been quieter than usual.

Behavioral

The interview process involved several questions focused on getting to know me. It felt more like a 'get to know you' session than a 'sell yourself' one. Generally, it was a very straightforward interview, and everyone at the company seemed really friendly.
