We had a zoom interview. First, I had to introduce myself, then explain why I wanted to join the company. They also asked if I knew how to bet on football and horses and if I had prior experience working in bookies. Finally, they asked which team I support.

The process kicked off with a psychometric test where I had to record myself answering 7 questions, each with a 3-minute limit, using the STAR method. After that, I played three games: a math game, a memory game, and a sliding puzzle. The second stage involved a group interview with three other candidates. We started with a group quiz about the company, covering general info from their wiki, historical and current key figures, and people featured in viral marketing – mostly a warm-up. Then, we had 20 minutes to work on a quick project brief as a group, which involved creating made-up information, likely to assess teamwork. Following the group activity, there was a 20-30 minute one-on-one interview, also requiring the STAR method. They encourage asking questions, but I learned the hard way not to ask them while waiting for the 1-on-1, as they don't note them then and it can penalize you for not asking enough during the actual interview. Also, don't bother asking for feedback afterward; they send a generic, unhelpful response.

The interview process was great and moved quickly, with an offer extended within 10 days. I applied on Monday, had the interview on Wednesday, and got the offer the following Monday. The interviewers were really nice and seemed genuinely interested in my previous jobs. The HR team at the company was also great and very responsive.
