First, there was an at-home assignment where I had to look up company info on the internet, like names and addresses. Once they thought I did well enough on that, I had an in-person interview. It was to get a feel for personalities and attitudes, and also ask more questions like the ones in the take-home, which seemed to be about my thinking process and if I was interested in the kind of work.

The interview was short, about 10 minutes. They asked me to introduce myself, explain the job scope and hours, and the location. They also asked if I had any questions and made a request.

It was a good session with two-way communication and knowledge sharing. I got a positive response and enjoyed the interview. If you get an interview, you should definitely proceed to accept it. The management was good, instructions were clear, and it was full of information.

It was a really well-planned interview process. I had a total of three interviews. First, I had two interviews with the Talent Acquisition Manager, and then there was a final panel interview. The last interview was very focused on skills and competencies, and I got lots of chances to talk about my past experience and achievements when answering questions. It wasn't your typical dull interview, and I actually had a good time throughout.

  • If you had the chance to undertake this project once more, is there anything you would alter in your approach?
