First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Oxford Global Resources.
Billing Specialist
I had a quick call with the recruiter to chat about the job and my background. She said she'd get back to me fast about the next steps, but I ended up having to chase them myself after two weeks of silence. Turns out, they put the hiring on hold. This is the second time this has happened with them, where they freeze the process mid-way. Not sure if that's their way of saying no, which is a bummer. Good communication shows how a company operates. Hope they get better.
- For a billing specialist role, can you tell me about the typical daily and monthly invoice volume you've managed?
Communications Coordinator
The process was unstructured and opaque, despite the initial urgency. The interview was scheduled at short notice just before the holidays, with the promise that my documents would be forwarded immediately. I submitted them promptly, but then there was no proactive communication whatsoever. Despite confirmation of a further interview and alleged forwarding of my application, there was no feedback. Questions about data protection, process steps, and profile presentation were ignored or answered unclearly. The tone was friendly, but there was little commitment or professional depth. Not convincing for candidates who value transparent and respectful processes.
- Could you share your experience with change management?
Senior Software Engineer
I had a recruiter call that was over 30 minutes long. After that, there were a few weeks of chatting, but it all led to nothing in the end. The recruiter even lied about having multiple jobs for me, just to get my references. I wouldn't have been so disappointed if they hadn't contacted my former managers for a background check, even though they never actually had an open position for me. They wasted not only my time but also the time of two other people, and there were no results. I strongly do not recommend this company.
- Could you share details about your background?

Billing Coordinator
I applied for the role through LinkedIn, and the entire process spanned roughly three to four weeks. Initially, I had a conversation with a recruiter, followed by a Zoom interview scheduled for the next week. During this interview, I met with two of the billing leads. The discussion went smoothly, and they inquired about my professional background and my specific experiences in billing coordination. Ultimately, they decided to move forward with a candidate who possessed staffing agency billing experience. Despite not getting the role, everyone I interacted with at Oxford seemed genuinely kind and passionate about their work and the company culture.
- Could you describe your billing experience?
