Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Oxford Global Resources.
Executive Recruiter
Usually just one interview round. Can be in person at their preferred location or done virtually. They focus on what matters most in hiring and the process is pretty easy.
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with your team?
Technical Recruiter
Started with an initial screen, then had a face-to-face interview with the Branch Manager and some senior employees. After that, there was a phone screen with the regional manager. The face-to-face interview was pretty long, but I talk a lot, and so did some of the people I met with. This office has had a lot of people leave recently, so I think they wanted to be really sure about their decision.
- Do you want the job?
- If you want the job, make sure you express your desire to make money.
Technical Recruiter
It was brilliant, really supportive and competitive, they want you to succeed. You get a fair chance and they let you lead the interview. They will ask you questions but there are no trick questions to throw you off. They want to be supportive and not make it stressful. If you stay calm you will succeed. Show your drive and ability to work your station and show that you want to achieve and do the best for yourself.
- What is your main driver?
