Behavioral Technical

I interviewed with this company with great preparation and seriousness, tackling each phase with competence and availability. The experience, however, turned out to be disappointing in several aspects. Despite the commitment shown and an objectively positive performance, the final selection seems to have favored unmeritorious criteria. People with limited preparation were chosen, but with a minimum of experience and, above all, an attitude more inclined to please than to demonstrate real abilities. I got the impression that, rather than skills and personal value, non-transparent dynamics influenced the outcome, where someone managed to emerge by exploiting the contributions and knowledge of others. A real shame, because a selection process should value merit, preparation, and potential, not logic of convenience or superficiality. An experience that certainly leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

They look at your resume and then ask you about yourself, what you studied, and what you've done, and then they get sidetracked and talk about completely different things. They tell you about the working conditions, the salary, how they manage shifts and days, and have you fill out a lot of forms without any commitment. The whole thing lasts about an hour.

Behavioral Presentation

There were 2 interviews, one remote and one in person. In the second one, I presented a practical software usage test. It wasn't super difficult, but not super easy either. I think what they said in the interview was consistent with what they offered me afterwards.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was a long selection process: there was an initial introductory call, then a technical interview, followed by an interview with the manager. At the end of the selection process, I was offered a job that wasn't what we discussed in the phone call. I didn't get information about company benefits. After 4 interviews, I felt like I was being messed with because only when I received the contract offer did I find out the actual job position. From the various interviews, it was clear there was a lack of organization. No meal vouchers were provided.
