I applied for the Advanced Coders - AI Training role and received an interview invitation. However, the provided link led me to create a profile, after which I immediately gained access to a dashboard and was given a 4-hour onboarding project. I'm uncertain if I need to finish this project before the actual interview or how to schedule it.

First, there's this online test where you gotta check how an AI did with a prompt. You gotta see if it's right, if it solved the thing, and if it can be made better. It's pretty simple. Then, you hop on a video call with a recruiter to chat about yourself. After that, you answer 5 questions on Google Docs. Two of them are about fixing and improving what a programmer did in a certain situation, and the other three are logic puzzles.

I had this interview where questions popped up on a screen. They were about algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming concepts. I had to answer them within a set time, and there wasn't anyone to talk to directly. The system checked how clearly I explained things, my coding logic, and how I communicated. It was a bit strange talking to a camera, but it was a pretty easy and convenient process overall.

It's not exactly an interview, but a testing period where you need to do various trainings and seek out a lot of information (somewhat disorganized, in my opinion) and you'll need to figure things out to understand everything. After that, you have a multiple-choice qualification test based on what you learned in the training. If you get the minimum score, you still go into a probationary period (you get paid less for doing the same tasks) and if your work is good, you start receiving the full amount.
