Ship-In Specialist
Started with a recruiter phone screen, then a video chat with the hiring manager. The last interview was in-person with the hiring manager and the SVP. They were good at communicating until the final interview. After that, I followed up twice and heard nothing back. The final interview was in October, and I didn't know anything until a rejection email came in December. It was a bummer to wait two months for an update after all those interviews. A quick email or call would have been more respectful of my time and effort.
- Would you be okay with a hybrid work arrangement?
Charting Coordinator
I was ghosted. It was a terrible experience. I thought the initial interview went well and I was hopeful to move on. I sent a thank you email after the interview and then another follow up a week later because it was a holiday weekend. I never heard back, not even a rejection.

Account Executive
The interview process was quite strange, almost unprofessional, starting with the recruiter. She seemed disorganized and called me outside my provided availability. Her tone became curt when she asked about switching from a video interview to an in-person one, and when I inquired about their draw salary pay structure, she seemed dismissive, assuming I had a problem with coming into the office four times a week (which I didn't). The in-person interview itself was shorter than scheduled, although the interviewers were pleasant.
- Can you commit to coming into the office four days per week?
Graphic Designer
I had an initial screening with the recruiter. Then an interview with the Regional Creative Director to talk about the role and the company in-depth, and I was given a test project with a week turnaround time. Then another group interview with the local management to talk about the work process and culture and the test project. Finally, an interview with the National Creative Director where I presented the test project and discussed more about the company and fit.
