Started with a phone screening, then had several in-person interviews with management and other senior account executives. It was mostly a conversational interview, checking my knowledge of out-of-home media. The process felt fair.

The interview process was quite strange, almost unprofessional, starting with the recruiter. She seemed disorganized and called me outside my provided availability. Her tone became curt when she asked about switching from a video interview to an in-person one, and when I inquired about their draw salary pay structure, she seemed dismissive, assuming I had a problem with coming into the office four times a week (which I didn't). The in-person interview itself was shorter than scheduled, although the interviewers were pleasant.

First, I had a one-on-one chat with the General Manager. They asked typical interview questions like 'strengths/weaknesses,' 'why do you want to work here,' and 'experience.' A few weeks later, there was a second interview that went more into the job duties. Then, about a week after that, I got an offer over the phone. My start date actually got pushed back 3 times, though.
