First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OTG Management.
Bartender
I think the company doesn't schedule individual interviews. They only do hiring events where applicants pick an interview slot. My interview felt rushed because of other interviews scheduled right after mine. The interviewer didn't give me much time to discuss my work background and abilities.
- Can you tell me how many years of work experience you have?
Strategy Analyst
The interviewer seemed really unprepared and unprofessional. They didn't look at my resume before our call and only started reading it during our chat. This ate up 20 minutes and made the whole conversation feel messy and unproductive. It would have been way better if they'd prepped a bit beforehand.
- Can you explain your reasons for moving into the hospitality industry?
Program Manager
So, there were two rounds of interviews. The first one was virtual, just with one person who would actually be my manager. It was mostly about my background and how I process things. The second round had multiple people, all folks I'd be working with. That one was more about how I'd solve problems and find ways to make systems better.
- What are your methods for identifying system improvements?
Accounts Receivable Analyst
The interview process involved a recruiter chat, an Excel skills test, and then an in-person behavioral interview. You'll need solid Excel skills for accounting tasks. The behavioral questions were standard for accounting roles. They have a nice office, but watch out for the cold AC.
- Demonstrate data reorganization using Excel's lookup functions.
