Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OTG Management.
Cashier
For cashier jobs, interviews usually check how well you can handle cash, work when things are busy, and help customers with their issues. They might also ask cashier interview questions to learn more about your past work and what you can do.
- Can you tell me about your previous cashier experience?
Chef
I went to different restaurant spots at the airport and was interviewed by several different people/chefs working there. I was asked to prepare some food. The interview felt repetitive since I answered the same questions to different people. It felt a bit rushed and I think it would have been better if only one or two people conducted the interview.
- What is your salary expectation?
Barista
It was super easy. I got invited for an interview, they asked some quick and clear questions, and I got an on-the-spot offer and started the onboarding process that same day. However, the onboarding was slow until I got my TSA badge. After that, it was orientation.
- What hours are you available to work?
- Are you open to working any shift?
- Are you able to clear a background check?
