I had two interviews. The first was with the manager overseeing all their restaurants at LaGuardia Airport. It was good, even though the guy swore a bit, it was okay. The second interview was supposed to be with a partner. I went to LaGuardia, called the number, but the partner wasn't even in New York. So, I interviewed with a different manager who was totally unprepared. It was very unprofessional. I didn't get an offer, and honestly, I'm glad. Now I'm a manager at a fancy restaurant in Midtown. If you value professionalism, don't work for OTG.

I was called in to speak with the Terminal Director and one of the General Managers. They escorted me into the airport. The interview was pretty good. They explained some of the challenges with working inside an airport, which I was familiar with from previous experience. Got a call a few months later asking me if I would take the job if an offer was made. I said yes. They told me they would call me back in a few days, which they did. I took the job and started working after getting drug tested and submitting application for airport clearance.
