First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OPmobility.
Purchasing Specialist
The process was classic, starting with a recruiter call, then an interview with the company's HR. After that, there was an interview with the hiring manager (n+1) and the project purchasing manager. Then, an in-person interview with the hiring manager (n+1) and the n+2. Finally, a last interview with HR. The whole process from the first contact to the offer took about a week.
- Can you describe your experience with standard purchasing technical questions?
- What are your negotiation methods?
- How do you handle cost increases?
Quality Engineer
So first there was an online interview, then I went for an on-site interview that included a tour of the facility. After that, I had another interview with the production manager. The hiring team seemed to be in a hurry, but they were pretty flexible when it came to scheduling.
- Can you tell me about your experience with continuous improvement?
FP&A Analyst
Had 2 calls, one with HR and one with the hiring manager, for a junior position. Got a quick response after each call, within about a week. The first call was about 20 minutes, and the manager call was about 45 minutes. Both were video calls. It was a standard process: they presented the company and the role. Then there were background/fit/technical questions, followed by my questions.
- What are the key KPIs/ratios to analyze in this sector?
Dot NET Developer
Started with a quick chat with the recruiter to go over my experience and where I see my career going. Good chance to ask about the role and company too. If needed, there was a technical challenge like a coding test, case study, or system design problem to check my skills. Then, I had interviews with some of the engineers or team leads. These usually involve live coding and talking about my past work. Finally, I met with the hiring manager or a senior person to see how I communicate, work with others, and fit with the company. They asked about how I've handled tough situations and other work stuff.
- I was asked to tackle a few challenges
