Behavioral Technical

So I had an HR screener first, then two more interviews, each with a manager. They mainly asked about my past industry experience and how I'd approach things at their company. Be ready for them to ask about employment gaps, so make sure your resume explains those. The HR part had some situational questions about how I'd react to stuff, and the interviewer seemed a bit critical. But after getting past HR, the interviews were more about the technical side of the job.

It was a two-step interview process involving HR and then a technical interview. The first one was pretty basic, and the second one was to check my technical knowledge. Honestly, the second interview was not a pleasant experience, and it felt like they didn't really care to interview me properly.
