I had one interview at the store with the Store Manager. It was a regular interview where they asked about my experience, technical skills, and communication. They also asked me to talk for 5 minutes about a topic I'm passionate about.

I applied online, and then had an online interview with the manager and a senior staff member because of COVID. I looked up info about the company and used the STAR method for any scenario questions. It was a really easy interview, super casual, one of the chillest I've had.

I saw a few posts about their interview process and wanted to share my own experience. The entire hiring journey lasted about 3 to 4 weeks. I found the job on a website and decided to apply because I was looking for a long-term, part-time role. There were 3 preliminary stages that were pretty straightforward. First was the PredictiveHire/FirstInterview, which was an online assessment taken a day after applying. It focused on assessing my personality and how I’d handle typical work situations. It involved about 5 questions that required written responses between 500 and 150 words. This part was easy, and I received feedback afterward. Second, I got an email invitation for a Telephone Interview shortly after passing the online assessment. They also sent a questionnaire about my availability. I had the phone call a few days later, where they asked about my work schedule and some customer service scenarios. The conversation was smooth, and the interviewer was very nice. The call lasted around 10-15 minutes. Third, about a week after the phone interview, I got a call congratulating me and inviting me for an In-Store interview. The staff were really friendly and seemed happy. During the interview, the manager was pleasant, and we had a good chat. They asked strength-based questions and questions related to the company, o2. I also had the chance to ask them questions. This interview lasted about 30 minutes. A week later, I received both a call and an email with an offer for the position. I accepted, and I’m now waiting for the official contracts.

Applied online and got a phone call. Mostly basic questions about why I wanted to join O2. Then moved on to a Teams call with the Area Manager. I had to do two tasks beforehand and present them during the call. They asked me some scenario-based questions and for examples from my past roles. They said I'd hear back by the end of the next week via phone. I didn't hear anything, so I emailed the original recruiter for feedback. They said the position wasn't filled yet and they'd be in touch the following week. Still nothing, so I followed up again, got the same answer, and waited another week. Now they're not replying to my emails. I get it if I wasn't successful, but some feedback would be great for the future! It feels like if they don't know you, they don't care.
