Cashier
The interview was easy and conducted via video call. They confirmed the timing and other details beforehand, so there were no surprises. The interviewer asked about my preferred locations, my experience, and my availability. They also explained the job details and reporting times.
- What job locations do you prefer?
- Can you share some of your previous job experience?
Pharmacy Technician
We had a basic interview covering qualifications and education, and I was asked about my future plans. That was pretty much it. We also discussed work location, time availability, and preceptor details. The interview was quick, lasting about 30 minutes.
- Tell me about your educational background.
- What are your future career aspirations?
- What are your plans for the future?
Sales Associate
We started with a self-introduction, which is pretty standard. Then we talked about how your friends or colleagues would describe you, and what your strengths and weaknesses are. I was also asked why I'm leaving my current company and why I decided to join this one. It was a good experience, and it's definitely important to be well-prepared.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
HR Analyst
I applied online in early 2022 and went through two rounds. The first round was a brief HR screening focused on my resume, work experience, and skills. The second round was an online video interview with the hiring manager and a team member. This round was a bit unconventional and informal, more of a conversation where the hiring manager talked about the role and department goals to gauge my interest. They were both friendly, and the questions weren't difficult, focusing more on my long-term ambitions and fit for the role. The interview itself was a positive experience, but the subsequent one-liner rejection a few weeks later, followed by a request for feedback on the interview process without providing any feedback in return, was a negative aspect.
- Tell me about your long-term goals and career ambitions, and how this role aligns with them.
- How does this job fit into your overall career path?
