It started with a phone screening, which was nice. Then, I moved on to the main interview process. Some interviewers were good, but others seemed unprepared and gave off a hostile vibe. They all kept talking about how great the company community is and how everyone works well together. After being scheduled for three interviews back-to-back, I got a rejection email from an automated system instead of the recruiter. It's frustrating to go through the whole process if they don't care.

The interview process involved an initial online interview, followed by an in-person one. It was a standard panel interview, split into two parts with different managers from various departments. All the interviewers were really professional and knew their stuff. Dress code was business casual.

So, the interview for this intern role had a few parts. First, there was a chat with HR to go over my background, visa stuff, and what I was looking for salary-wise. After that, I had two interviews with the actual hiring team. These were more in-depth, where we talked about my technical skills, projects I'd worked on, and how I solve problems. It all felt pretty organized and straightforward.

I applied online and it took them a few weeks to get back to me. First, I had an HR screening, then I interviewed with the VP and director. My third interview was with a team, and they all seemed really nice and open. HR let me know via email and phone call that I didn't get the job.
