I applied online and it took them a few weeks to get back to me. First, I had an HR screening, then I interviewed with the VP and director. My third interview was with a team, and they all seemed really nice and open. HR let me know via email and phone call that I didn't get the job.

The first interview was a video call with HR. The second round was a video call with two hiring managers. The third round took place on-site and involved two hiring managers and an HR lead, and included a case study. Although the three rounds went quite quickly, I had to wait almost two months for an answer, even after following up multiple times. The people were nice and the start of the process was great, but they need to improve the ending, so overall it was a neutral experience.
