I first had some virtual interviews with a TA specialist and an EA. Then, I was invited for an on-site interview. I spent about four hours there and interviewed with three senior executives and an EA. It's been almost two months and I haven't heard back from any of the five people I interviewed with. It's just really disrespectful and unprofessional.

Overall it was OK but after 4 interviews (whole process took almost 1.5 months), they sent rejection without any explanation. I would expect more detailed email considering we both sides spent 1.5 months on the whole process.

The hiring process was quite good and professional. HR was quick and clear after I applied. The interviews were tough but fair, with short gaps between each round and fast feedback. I got the offer pretty quickly too. The interviews were of average difficulty, with a good number of questions to really understand my experience and knowledge for the role. The HR team was a pleasure to talk to and helped a lot with my questions before I start. I'm excited to join.

So I got an invite from a recruiter at Novanta to set up a phone call, which I did. Then she changed the meeting time three times without saying why. I sent her an email saying this was really rude and asked to be removed from consideration. She said she had made a note in the scheduling system and was dealing with a migraine. She asked if I was still interested, and I said yes and accepted the new time. The next day, about an hour before the interview, she emailed again asking to postpone, again. It was a Friday, so she asked to move it to the following week. I agreed, trying to be nice. I didn't hear from her all next week, and when I emailed her on Thursday to see if we could reschedule, I got an automated reply saying she was in training all week. I never heard from her again. The job is closed now, so I guess she must have interviewed someone, just not me.
