Behavioral Technical

I had my first interview in-person at a career fair. It was all behavioral and I really liked the interview. It felt genuine and I liked talking to my interviewer. I was scheduled for my next interview which was supposed to be technical but my interviewer did not show up at all. I emailed the recruiter during the scheduled interview time as well as a few days after but she never bothered to respond. I was very disappointed, I took the time out of my day to interview with them but they were so unprofessional and purely disrespectful.

Saw an interesting offer via Linkedin. Applied for the job and was very soon directed to HR and the end manager. First of all, an HR person asked about general questions and in detail described the position and company. Secondly, the manager reviewed my feedback and further confirmed my interest. At the end, the manager tested my skills and showed live all products to confirm interest on both sides for collaboration.

The interview process involved going through my resume, focusing on my projects and technical skills. I had to explain my strengths in the field and how they related to my projects. They were most interested in seeing my thought process rather than hearing me show off technical terms.
