The first step was a HireVue interview that had 10 questions in total. This included one written question and one multiple-choice question. These were pretty basic behavioral questions, and the written part asked me to choose one of the four core values of the NFL and explain why it fit me.

About 3 weeks after I applied, I got an email saying I made it to the next step, which was a video interview. It was a few questions that I had to record myself answering, and I couldn't redo them. Then, a couple weeks after that, I was invited to the last stage: a Zoom interview with two executives from NFl Films. It was a 30-minute chat where they asked a bunch of different questions and gave me a chance to learn more about the company.

The hiring process was pretty long, 7 weeks total. It felt like a lot for a part-time gig without benefits, but I guess that’s how they do things. First up was a HireVue video interview. They asked four questions, and I had 2 minutes for each with only one shot to record. Then, I had a 30-minute virtual chat with two directors I’d be working with. Next, another 30-minute virtual interview with two team members from the NY office. The last part was in person at the Inglewood office. There was a 30-minute interview with an executive, a 30-minute panel with the team, and a quick chat with HR about the usual stuff. They usually got back to me in about a week about what was next. It was weird because it started as full-time but then switched to part-time, which I think slowed things down.

It was a pretty seamless process, though I didn't move forward in the end. I would do it again. This was for an NFL Films internship for undergraduate students.
