The interview process was pretty quick and simple. For the NFL Films department, the first step wasn't actually talking to anyone. The next interview, which was the last one, involved speaking with people from the NFL Films team.

The interview process was long but reasonable and can vary based on role. HR is exceptionally accommodating and responds quickly to questions and concerns. The first round is a revue; then the other rounds can vary based on the position you apply for. They get back to you pretty quickly after each.

I sent in my resume. Then, a few weeks later, I was asked to do a HireVue interview. I had to answer questions that showed up on a screen. The questions were pretty standard, but the whole setup felt a bit weird because I was just talking to myself. You got a little bit of time to think about your answer (like, a few seconds), and after you did it the first time, you had another chance to re-record it.
