I went through a 3-step interview process. The first step was the toughest, involving an automated question and video system, which I thought I totally messed up, but I guess I passed it! Then, there were 2 more interviews with management before I got the offer.

First, I did a HireVue interview where I had to answer some recorded questions, and I only got one shot at each. After that, they set up a Zoom call with the hiring managers. During that call, they asked me to elaborate on specific things I mentioned on my resume.

I applied online and about a week later, I got contacted for an in-person interview in Mt. Laurel, NJ. I met with two people and the meeting was pretty casual and friendly. They asked a lot about my video production experience and told me about the internship program. They seemed interested in what I did in previous productions I worked on. It was pretty standard and straightforward, with no trick questions.
