Mechanical Engineering Intern
The interview process was pretty straightforward, although the HR gave me the incorrect address, which resulted in a delay before my meeting with the hiring manager. Despite that hiccup, the interview itself went well, but ultimately I didn't receive a job offer.

The coordination was very good, with easy access to the candidate's availability and timely follow-ups. Each stage was clear, and there were no out-of-context or trick questions. They always tried to make you feel comfortable and avoid nervousness for a good interview experience.

Production Assistant
The HR department and management team are super professional from the start and keep it going. They ask questions and give instructions really clearly in both Polish and English, so no confusion there. What's awesome is how fast they get back to you, and their answers are actually helpful and solve problems. This good communication and clear questions make it easy to work together and fix things quickly.

The interview process was great. First, there was a quick call with the Lab Supervisor to get straight to the point. Then, the final interview was a four-hour in-person meeting with several important people from the department. I was offered the job right away.
