The interview process was pretty straightforward, although the HR gave me the incorrect address, which resulted in a delay before my meeting with the hiring manager. Despite that hiccup, the interview itself went well, but ultimately I didn't receive a job offer.

I applied online and heard back from the recruiter the next day who said my resume was passed to the hiring manager. About a month later, the recruiter called me for a phone interview. It went well, and the hiring manager mentioned an onsite interview would be scheduled. I then had the onsite interview in Saginaw, MI.

So first, HR will give you a call, like a phone interview, and then they'll send your resume to the hiring manager. If the manager likes it, they'll call you for a technical interview. If that goes well, you'll go onsite for about three hours of questions, both managerial and technical.

  • Can you tell me about the projects you've worked on in your past jobs and during college?
