So, the interview process went like this: first, a quick screening call with HR, then a phone call with the departmental chief of staff. After that, I had to complete a take-home case study. Then, I had an in-person interview with a senior and a mid-level team member. Finally, a second in-person interview with two senior team members.

It's a two-stage interview process. First, there's an HR phone interview to gauge general qualifications and fit. Then, there's a more in-depth interview with the team to discuss specific skills and experience.

The interview process was super smooth and quick. First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter, and they said I was moving on by the end of the call. I was really impressed with the recruiter's questions and how they followed up on my background – felt like they were actually interested in me, not the other way around like usual! Then, I had two rounds of interviews with team members within two weeks. The whole thing took about a month. Overall, it was a good experience, but I had to pass because of timing.

I was first contacted by HR for a phone screener, which involved typical HR questions. They asked if I was okay with the offered salary, which was quite low. Two weeks later, I got another call to schedule an interview with senior staff, set for over two weeks after that. The interview itself was in a windowless room with 15-minute gaps between sessions. After it finished, I was asked to leave. Two weeks passed with me reaching out multiple times, but I heard nothing back from them until I finally received a generic rejection email.
