The hiring process was quick with fast feedback, involving many scenario-based questions, much like management consulting. The team's vibe was a bit off, with one person using their phone during an interview. While it seemed like a good group, the extensive interview process for the offered salary wasn't worth it, and I'm glad it didn't work out.

The interview process was super smooth and quick. First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter, and they said I was moving on by the end of the call. I was really impressed with the recruiter's questions and how they followed up on my background – felt like they were actually interested in me, not the other way around like usual! Then, I had two rounds of interviews with team members within two weeks. The whole thing took about a month. Overall, it was a good experience, but I had to pass because of timing.

I got contacted by them about 3 weeks after I applied online. They set up a phone interview with HR for that same week. Two weeks after the phone interview, I went in for an in-person interview. I met with two Project Managers and an HR manager, but I missed meeting the Director because he was busy. They said they'd let me know about the next steps, but since it was the holidays, I had to wait weeks. I reached out to HR in mid-January and again in early February, but no one got back to me. It's now the end of March and I still haven't heard anything! Super unprofessional.
