I interviewed with the entire team one-on-one. They asked general questions about my background, my interest in government, and my future plans, along with some basic coursework questions. It was mostly behavioral, with no quantitative questions. I also met with HR for a background check to ensure I was a good fit. Everyone was really friendly and supportive. I was advised to show my eagerness to work in government and how my academic courses reflect that.

The interview process felt super long and kinda annoying. HR was slow to reply and made scheduling tough. The interviewers seemed okay, but honestly pretty checked out during our chats. They also didn't tell me how many rounds there would be and made me do some really tough work for an intern role. To top it off, no notification about the rejection after four interviews.
