I had multiple interviews. First, I talked to the Recruiter. Then, I had several interviews with the Hiring manager, which were more technical and background focused. After that, I met with other current trainers. This part included multiple demonstrations where I had to give training on the Netbrain Application.

The process was pretty straightforward. I had a chat with the HR manager first, and then with the hiring manager. It was all done over the phone, just basic questions. I actually enjoyed the way they handled it. Since it was my first job, the questions they asked were pretty easy, focusing on my character.

I interviewed multiple times for this job, talking to HR, the manager, and the CMO. It started well, they seemed keen. After the third chat, they said I'd hear back by week's end, but never did. I emailed everyone multiple times, HR, the manager, even the CMO, and got zero response. No rejection, no update, just radio silence. Super unprofessional after going through several rounds. A simple heads-up they went with someone else would've been fine. Instead, my time was wasted and no one communicated. Be warned if you're thinking of applying, the hiring team clearly doesn't value candidates' time.

So the interview process has 5 rounds: first, an online assessment, then a zoom technical interview. After that, we have two technical interviews on-site, and finally an HR interview. It's not like typical interviews where you solve LeetCode problems. Instead, you show your skills through real-world scenarios and interactive discussions during the interviews.
