It was several rounds testing different aspects of the job. One round focused on networking skills, another on Python coding where I might be given a program to troubleshoot, and a final round to test my logic.

The interview process was confusing with poor communication and delays. There were 3 interview rounds. After I repeatedly asked for updates, Netbrain informed me they chose another candidate. I'm still waiting for honest feedback. This experience felt off, like I was a backup option, especially since I was confident after the rounds and put other interviews on hold.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • The first round with the lead lasted an hour and focused on Routing and Switching, including whiteboard scenarios.
  • The second round, a demo round, required preparing a product demo and presentation within 5 days.
  • The third round was with HR, discussing expectations and salary, which felt misplaced as a final step.

Totally awful experience. The HR person asked technical questions, but they clearly didn't know the subject. The next stage involved giving a demo of their tool to someone from Asia who was hard to understand. Honestly, I think the demo should have been the other way around, with them trying to sell their tool to companies we've worked with before, as listed on our resume. My guess is they use open positions as a way to find potential clients, getting resumes so they can identify companies not yet using their tool.
