So the interview process has 5 rounds: first, an online assessment, then a zoom technical interview. After that, we have two technical interviews on-site, and finally an HR interview. It's not like typical interviews where you solve LeetCode problems. Instead, you show your skills through real-world scenarios and interactive discussions during the interviews.

So, they scheduled the onsite interview straight away, no phone call first. The whole thing was super easy. The recruiters were on the dot and got the interview set up no problem. It was 3 tech interviews and then one with the manager. For the tech ones, I had to talk about myself, my past projects, and what tech I know. Then there were some algorithm questions, and I had to explain how complex they were. The manager interview was about a design/implementation problem and two logic puzzles.

The phone interview was pretty simple, mostly focused on my background and some general questions like 'tell me about yourself.' After that, I had the onsite interview. It was in three parts. First, there was a test with 20 multiple-choice questions on pointers, trees, and graphs. Then, there was a coding challenge, which was a really easy problem: reverse an integer. Finally, I spoke with the department manager because NetBrain is a small company. We discussed my resume and background. He then asked an algorithm question, also easy, but I couldn't solve it. Overall, the questions were straightforward, but I wasn't fully prepared and lacked experience, so I didn't pass. It's a shame.
